Registry Tips!!
Whatever you DON'T get on your registry, especially at Target and Kohls, take advantage of the deals you can combine with it. At Target, after your registry is done you should get I think 10% off of what's left. Combine that with the coupons they give you (if they haven't expired) and coupons you can print at coupons.target.com for extra savings, PLUS use a Target RED debit card (just like your bank card, no fees, just gives you an extra 5% off everything) and reuseable tote bags (gives you 5 cents off per bag possibly up to 3 but could go higher) and you can combine manufacture coupons and rebates with that as well so there are TONS of deals you can get! I had pots and pans on my registry and didn't get the so I used my 10% off, a Target coupon, a Target sale and got them SUPER cheap! Wish I had had the RED card then too lol. For Kohls, you should get a 15% off of what's left and you may be able to combine that with the regular % off prices (but I'm not positive, though I know you can combine % offs) and the Kohl's Cash deals when you spend $50 and you get $10. That way you maximize your savings while still getting the rest of what you need.
DID YOU KNOW!!?? At some places, like Kohls, you can sign up for registry rewards programs! For instance, Kohls has the Ever After Rewards program (you automatically are signed up when you create a registry) where you actually make 10% on each item purchased off of your registry! That means you're making money on your gifts! How cool is that?!

  1. These are some great tips. I wish my wife and I would have taken advantages of these awesome opportunities. Our bridal registry had so many awesome things on it that we didn't get. It was a little bit of a bummer. I will make sure my kids take advantage of these deals though!
